Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Swiss consumer protection guidelines. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused , in original packaging , and in resalable condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

  • You must notify us in writing (via email) before returning the product

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

📌 Note: As most products are shipped from international suppliers, return addresses may vary. Contact us before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Health, beauty, or hygiene products (eg, opened cosmetics, underwear)

  • Digital products or downloads

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days , and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged , defective , or not as described , contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer:

  • A replacement (free of charge), OR

  • A full refund , depending on your preference and product availability

International Shipping & Returns

We currently ship from global warehouses. Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary (average 5-15 business days)

  • Return shipping outside of Switzerland may be more expensive and take longer

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT if not already prepaid at checkout
